Don’t worry if you have forgotten something.  Our Ship Store is fully stocked with many of the items needed for a day of fun on Lake Texoma!


PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EARLY FOR IN THE CHECK IN PROCESS. YOUR TIME STARTS AT THE TIME YOU BOOK!!

FOR ANY CHANGES OR INQUIRIES ON DAY OF ARRIVAL, PLEASE CALL 903-786-7000, OPTION 4. 

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE TIME YOU BOOK FOR IS THE TIME YOU ARE DUE OUT ON THE WATER. LATE ARRIVALS DO NOT MEAN LATE RETURNS. 

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS, WE CANNOT ALLOW THEM ON BOARD!!!

Marina Arrival:

    • For the ease of the check-in process: Any drivers should head straight to the Fuel Dock to check in. A dockhand will meet you at the Ship Store. 
  • Arriving at Your Boat:
    • Check in with a dockhand at the Ship Store 
    • Once you have completed the entire check-in process, you may begin loading your belongings onto vessel 
    • When you and your family are ready to depart, your dockhand will assist with untying and sending you out on your way.
  • On the Water:
    • No rafting or tying up to other boats.
    • Remain at least 50 feet from other boats.
  • Returning from Your Rental:
    • Your dockhand will direct you to the appropriate fuel pump.
    • The dockhand will fuel your boat, and collect a payment method to cover the cost of fuel used during your rental.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation of any booking requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. HOLIDAYS AND HOLIDAY WEEKENDS require 72 hours notice to make changes or cancel. For cancellations prior to the 24-hour/72-hour window, please call Highport Marina Ship Store and Fuel Dock @ 903-786-7000, OPTION 4 and a full refund will be credited to the card on file. No refunds will be applied to cancellations within the 24-hour window.
